Horn Sweet Horn!

Hello Fellow MB lovers,

just wondering if anyone can help me with my horn situation?

i have a set of Bosch Supertones that i plan to replace my stock horns on my E320.

http://aa.bosch.de/advastaboschaa/Vi...&publication=1

the cut out under the grille is for a fanfaren horn, can i possibly do a switch, maybe install them under the bumpers?? under the hood somewhere?
will this create error codes or problems w/ the electronic system?

would appreciate your ideas!

thanks!

There are no fault codes for the horns im pretty sure becuase my low tone horn never worked when I got my car(at 37K miles what a joke) so my horn sounds gayer than a early 90's civic piloted by richard simmons. I forgot to reinstall my working horn when messing around with a ram air idea and didnt know it the whole day(good drivers that day )

Its on the bottom of the list for attention lol. I've only had the car for about 1 1/2 years and I've been so stuck on the turbo I havent addressed the horn yet.

You should mount the horns in the fog light area. If you look in there its a pretty huge space to mess with. You could make a extension with a piece of metal off the fog light mounts and secure them there. Moving the horns to a different location wont cause any idiot lights.
