No AUX input in glove box!

There are two rather simple answers to your question as I also own a 2000 E320. (Mine does not have the audio input jack in the glove box but it is possible for it to be there as it is in my owners manual.) Do one of the two: 1) Call MBUSA 800-367-6372 and register the car under your name. I did this directly after I bought my car. You can then ask them about any option that came with your car from the factory or was subsequently added by a MB dealership and they will have the answer for you. And they will provide the details to you as well. (I have already used this service for my car.) or, 2) Pull the audio unit out and look at the back. If there is a port for the auxillary it will be there and you should be able to see if something is plugged in or not. If the port is there and open you have an easy fix. If the port is filled, trace the line. Hope this helps!
