Lug Nut issue
1997 E320
I have replaced two of my tires with shorter lug nuts then the ones that came with the car originally
I am having a problem getting off the long neck lug nuts
Dam tire joint over tightened again!
Had a flat and AAA bent a few with breaker bar before I had them stop
Any tricks
I don't have a torch or a lift

If the tire shop isn't using a torque wrench for the final tightening of the lug bolts on your MB, I would find a different shop.
Sometimes seized fasteners can be freeded by striking the head sharply with a sledge or other heavy hammer. Use something like an extension from a socket set to avoid damaging the wheel surface. Avoid 'mushrooming' the end of your extension or you won't get your sockets on. You can try squirting some penetrating oil into the hole but the seizure is usually the threads in the hub not the lug bolt seat. Same problem for heat. If you heat the head of the bolt, it will be mostly disappated by the alloy wheel long before the threads heat up.
That leaves mechanical methods. Get a breaker bar and pipe extension. Try a SLOW STEADY pressure. If you break off the head, you will probably be stuck with having the bolt drilled out. Another possibility would be a impact wrench.
If you don't have the tools to try these things then I'd suggest a good local German car indie shop which may have other ideas/tools. Good luck.

80 pounds, as noted in that thread.
For those of you with extended bolts, you must have them removed, even for no reason, at least once a year, else they will eventually seize.

Tire dealer broke off lug Bolt
I had my car flatbeded to the tire dealer to have new tires put on and they broke off one of the lug bolts
The car was sent to Mercedes and they were able to get the rim off after damaging it
The tire dealer is replacing the rim but when I got the car back only one lug was replaced with the new short neck style
I would think this would be a problem for balance
Am I correct and could it cause any other issues?

Remember that just pulling on a wrench will just bend the wrench or break the lug bolt.
Impact drives should take it off with no damage.
Steering wheels are held on at 110nw,, you can break all of you tools just pulling with a bar,,and air line tool take it off just like that
