cold weather

Has anyone had issues with locks not working everytime its 35 degrees or lower.This is my second winter and everytime it gets could my remote locks don't work, my car is E430 4matic.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
Check that

the ir receiver in the door is clean and polished ,same with the end of the key.Have you replaced the key batteries,cold weather can run them down.Check you pse is not wet.

Thanks Olord, One other question, my warnning sings came on today abs and the other ones like when the break switch is no good, anyway I replaced the switch today and no fix is there something else I need to do, this happened last year and it was easy fix but this time nothing,

Check

battery and alternator output,below 11 volts triggers those warnings and also corrosion at the brake light sockets.

pm'd you about the short jumper wire to test a bad brake switch.
