300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
And the fact

that it is most likely a dealer auction car and is priced at 4grand to high.

2003 E320 4Matic Wagon & 1997 E320
I do not think many used car sellers have realized how depressed this market is and are still asking for way too much money. Here are a few points:

1) New 08 E350 4M's are selling around $41k (about $15k off MSRP).

2) New 2008 R350's are selling $17k off MSRP.

3) MBUSA Financing is offering 2006 E350 lease owners to buy their lease ending cars for around $20k. There are postings about first 0ffer $35k then all the say down to $30k, $25k, and $20k. Auction price is even lower.

4) Low mileage 2006 E350 and R350 are selling in the low $20k now.

I am starting to look for a late W210 or late W211 so I am watching.

With members

finding low mile E55's below 15K my estimate was actually on the gracious side.More likely 10K.15k is robbery.

the idiots don't even know that the car has a 5speed 722.6 transmission,so I wonder what else they are lacking in there warehouse of of Mercedes wisdom.
Run
by the time some ill advised fool picks that car up and spends the $2500 for some pos 3rd party warranty worth not the paper it is written on,he will be so upside down on the deal at $17500 that when it does break down (you fill in the story,Iv'e heard it too many times.)

I've seen E55s in the Bay Area lately in the $10,000 to $12,000 range. 100,000 mile cars in good shape so it seems that reality may be sinking in for some people.

I agree that the price is high on that 2002 e430. We can't realize how fast the time is passing!
Plus we want to see our W210 hold it's value!!

A Mercedes obviously!
That's one kitted out E430. I couldn't live with the hideous paintwork on the outside though. I'd be driving it wearing a paperbag over my head.

I watched a 2002 E430, silver/gray, 59,000k, no damage/paint/dents, sell at a dealer auction here in Charlotte 3 weeks ago for $8,400. I was bidding and stopped at $8,300. I guess I might have owned it for $8,500 but I am not a silver car guy. My loss I guess...........

Now this was a dealer auction and not a retail outlet but that should tell you what these things are worth these days.

I actually emailed these guys about this car, teal colored E430. They are stuck on a "teens" price from what I gathered.............

Jeff
