Rattling Noise coming from under the Car

Rattling Noise coming from under the Car
Happy Holidays Everyone
I noticed their is a rattling noise coming from under the car, I really notice it at about 2500-3000 rpm. I have replaced both cats already w/in the last year. The car has 120k miles. I had my friend look at the car he says that the clip or holder attaching the cats to the body are loose. Does anybody know if this could be the culprit, and does anybody know what this part is called I can't find it anywhere. Thanks alot guys

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
If it's from the rear it is the rear exhaust hanger
From the center it is the center exhaust bracket.Both can be tightened.Someone forgot to do that
in the last install.
Take it back and tighten them up.
