2000 E320 Sedan, all the AC/Heater Controls seem to work but no air flow coming out of any vents. Have seen other posts regarding replacing the Regulator but wondering how do you know/test to determine if it is the Blower Regulator or the Motor?
Thanks

You can put power to the fan
and check if it is working with 12volts.
You can follow the diy regulator r/r on benzworld.org w210 diy section if it is the regulator.
Brown is ground.

Those sysmptoms are due to one or more bad lamps (backlights). If the pixels are going bad in your ODO, clock etc. then your pixels are going bad and you neede a new or refurbished cluster.
