Will these wheels fit? 18" monoblocks, 8.5" width, ET47 offset
This is related to the thread I started yesterday about monoblocks that fit both W220s and W210s. I've found some AMG monoblocks I'm after for my W210 and they are off an S500 according to the seller.
The seller has said the above on them; 18" monoblocks, 8.5" width with ET47 offsets and 5 x 108mm bolt pattern. I'm interested in them if they'll fit my '99 E320.
I've never done anything to a car I've owned (other than change the radio!) so this is all new to me. Any idiot proof explanations will be much appreciated!

The standard offset for non 4matic, non AMG E Class I believe is 35ET. I seriously doubt these would fit the front end. In the rear there is much more space available. I believe the bolt pattern you are after is 5x112 not 108. Marc, Oh Lord want to check my math on this?
PS What model year 210 are you working with? Is this a staggered set meaning the rear wheel is wider than the front?

18x8.5 with a 35ET will fit nicely with a 235-40-18 tire in the front or you can go to a 245-40 but it would be wise to role the lip if you are thinking of lowering the ride height. Inexpensive kits are available from mail order auto supply stores like Eastwood company.
