Radiator brand of choice?

I need a new radiator and was doing some research on the best quality one being made. I've seen the name Behr mentioned.

Are the aftermarket ones from radiator.com as good as OEM?

Thanks,

Greg

Get a Behr. I just spent 6K on a new transmission. The crimps failed on the transmission cooler lines and ruined mine.

Behr is good quality and worth the price but jeez $6K on a tranny? That's almost worth the value of these cars by itself. I know, love has no boundaries especially when it comes to the toys. Adsitco has really good refurbished for a lot less and your dealer will install for you. Each warranties their part of it. I did my 300E for about $2400.00 installed and road ready using them and it lasted well past the 2 year warranty.

Hope all is well now for you. That tranny should be as smooth as glass and add 50 hp to the rear wheels.

That's correct ...

... Behr is most definitely the only one to consider I would say. This is a 100 year old company based in Stuttgart, just like Daimler, see:
