Need
the rim size and offset. If around 35et and 16 or 17 inch diameter no problem, all they might need is new lugs if different length is required.
rims are the same mb bolt pattern 5 by112

Early
E430 had 16's as stock, the brake diameter did not change when cars came with sport options and 17's so going to a 16 should not be an issue.
Correct offset, correct width, correct tire diameter and size. Why are you dropping down to 16's?

2002 E430 4MATIC
I had some 16" w/Blizaaks from Ol' 97. Sold them though. The 430s post facelift went to 17" and I was told by someone one one of these fourums (and tire rack) that they wouldn't fit. Oh well. Guess I should have tried mounting them but I took the advice for face value. Anyway, as it worked out I don't need the dedicated snows with the 4Matic anyway.
