2000 E-Class side skirts

2000 E-Class side skirts
Hi all,
It seems as if I am missing some of the clips that hold the side skirts on my 2000 e430 4-matic on. There are also one or two that are broken. I want to replace all of them.
How would I go about removing the whole side skirt and attaching the new clips on? And is this an easy job to do.
