I am not sure how it could be "certified" with that mileage and year. I would say depending on options the car would sell for around $7k

I paid $9500 out the door for my 99 4matic wagon a year and a half ago. it had 96000m. We had to do the $1000 98000mi tune up. could have saved some dough but my indie did plenty of extras and always takes care of us a this is our fourth used benz. Oh Lord is always spot on with advice. Maintain it/find a good indie/do what you can yourself/enjoy the ride!
