Thanks to share about cd changer it,s very helpful for me

 

My cousin has a '98 E430 and his CD changer is acting weird now. When he presses the CD button to play CD's a message says "CD Error" and it happens on every CD he tries playing in the magazine. It was fine earlier today now its messed up. Whats the deal?

 

the stock hu cd changer are pieces of crap!.....take the top cover off and plug it back in, physically see what it's doing when changing CDs....the connector plugs are flaky, both power and fiber, make sure they are seated properly...
