Weatherstrip Separation

Hello all. One of my rear windows has the outside, lower rubber weatherstrip separating from the window. I have pulled it back up with pliers only to have it separate again when the window is rolled down. Sometimes that end of it really goes deep down into the door. I am concerned that this will allow water into the door, leading to future problems. Anyone know how to replace this thing? I don't know whether I can do it from the outside by removing that dark metal moulding adjacent to it, or whether I'll need to remove the inner door panel. Please advise. Thanks much!
