The air intake on the roof is for getting fresh air inside the car when u dont have A/C. For example a Rally car. (Passenger Cooling in fact!)
But in a W210 dont make any sense!

Although some removable cf covers on the headlights might not be a bad idea.
Protect them from chips and pull them off at night.
Real Cf on my new Asus 1000HE netbook none of that crappy vinyl stuff,that is real Carbon Fiber.

the blue usb led is just something I modded out of a spare 100 ohm resistor an led in the 450nm wavelength and an old usb wire.
