Error codes 01 e220cdi/e320cdi

Hi

I ran a quick test yesterday on our 210s (on my own with my own star diagnosis computer) and got a couple of error codes I was wondering if I should worry about.

On my car (220) I got these under CDI 2:
P0110-002 B17 (Air intake temperature sensor) The signal voltage is too high

Is this because the wire to the sensor got disconnected while driving?

The other one I got on both cars:
P0100-064 B2/5 (Hot film mass air flow sensor) Plausibility 3 (220), Plausibility 1 (320)

I also got an error code for intake shutoff motor on the 320. didn't write it down though so I don't remember the exact text...

Most other errors were probably just single occurences and caused by low battery voltage.

And another thing.. How can I disable tele-aid? every time we turn on the ignition on my dad's car (320) we get a message in the instrument cluster about tele aid. There were a lot of error codes in that module, and under version coding where I thought I could disable it it said it was defective and should be replaced. Is it impossible to "remove" it because it's damaged?
