Name this part...
I had to replace my CV boot because of a tear; grease was splattering everywhere! Anyhow, after that boot replacement, I still had grease flying out, so I took a picture of the bushing that was the problem. However, I have no idea what part it is or its corresponding part number so that I could order it. It doesn't look to be difficult to replace, or is it?

Tie-rod end, also called outer tie-rod end.
It is fairly easy to replce but you will need to get the alignment done when completed. Put the new one on as close to the same number of thread turns as the old one and your alignment will be close, but still need to be reset.

Yeah...I found it...

I'll replace the pair, since they come in pairs anyway. I'll get an alignment afterwards as well. I noticed that the 4-Matic tie rod ends are specific; a little different than the regular 2WD counterparts. Thanks for the identification!

eBay is okay, as long as you know the seller and WHAT they are selling. This particular selling OEM parts, so no fear here. I do understand the concern. I definitely wouldn't get something suspect. The first places I searched was Autohaus AZ and MercedesShop; MercedesShop charged $84 for ONE tie rod and Autohaus AZ about the same.
