Blinking gas light, CEL light illuminated. Any thoughts on this?

or replace the valve,it has fallen apart. Don't be in the habit of topping up your fuel tank. A good inspection of the cc shut off valve may give clear witness to the problem and you can rig a fix. If not it is time to replace it and the fuel filter. The car will love you for it.

the shut off valve is the can like object on the charcoal canister. Check all lines going to and from for cracks or just plain fell off
