Custom body kit e320?
I got a original stock 00 E320,(going for the black and red theme) and over the next few months I'll be getting a nice black paint job-smoke titanium euro pro head and taillights-black rims w/ red back light LED( would 235-40-18's fit or would i need a spacer?)-custom black and red grill-custom door handles w/ a nice red glow-35% tint or whichever is the legal in NYC. So far that's the exterior, need to change the upholstery-a little wear and tear on the leather seats(not sure if I'm going to change that yet), but the big part which concerns me is the body kit.. I want a custom kit, that looks and fits with the finished look. If any of you guys have a picture of their 00 e320's with a custom body kit, post it up. I might be interested. =)

Welllllllll... I don't know if you've checked out this particular forum that much, but with all due respect, you'll find that what you're suggesting will raise a few eyebrows here. First off, here's a good website for reasonably tasteful customizing:

...that said, I really wish I could talk you out of an extreme mod-out of your machine; a clean, restored-to-new, stock machine with springs, tint and 18" rims will turn more heads than a neon lit, plastic kitted rolling Kragen accesories display section. Just think quality, and remember that Mercedes Benz automobiles are the finest in the world (and thats coming from a BMW owner!), and really wern't meant to be made-over.

Don't feel bad. I suggested a rally/subaru/type upgrade on my 4matic wagon and got little love and lot's of flak. Do what you want but respect what was done right the first time. just take a look at a bmw of similar vintage and you will see wrong... benz got it right inside and out the first time. AMG/BRABUS type upgrades are mild and well done. Although if you plan on doing what you mentioned to your 210, don't forget the wing and coffee can exhaust. Oh ya, be sure to put regular gas in it . premium cost's too much right?...

I went to 212 Motoring, and I decided to work with them after my engine problem yesterday. I'll be getting a sweet black paint job, Brabus add-on lip- Sarona back bumper and side skirt(attachment)- 235/40/18" Giovanna GG rims 105 or 505(black-would look amazing imo)- New interior(dashboard, seats, upholstery, new mats)- euro head lights and smoke tail lights- a new grill- idk, how about a air filter kit with a supercharger? should i make it an AMG and get a nice engine cleaning?
