Oil problem?
I change the oil and filter every 4 thousand miles, and that would last me about 5 months. I changed the oil just about 2 months ago and only driven 1800 miles and the oil disappeared.. I went to check it out and they couldn't find any problems(no leak, nothing) I'm sitting here confused thinking that the cookie monster switched to oil and started hogging my **** lol . Any idea's on the matter, if anyone had the same problem?
Apologies if I'm on the wrong category.

You are in the right place but it would be helpful if you gave better description than "oil disappeared".
So you have no oil in the engine? I do not think so or your engine is gone.
Do you see no oil on the dipstick? Did the car computer tell you your oil is low?
There is no mystery your oil is either leaked or burned.

At -1 to -2 qts the dash ought to light up telling you to check the oil level.
At about -2.5 qts, the oil won't appear on the end of the dip stick.
How many qts did they drain?
It osunds like you either have a user error or a consumption issue. Less Absolute while working on the car might help with the former.....Pulling/examining spark plugs, compression and leak down tests might help determine the latter.

I doubt its gone. You haven't answered the question. What makes you think its gone, dipstick? You would be informed on the dash if you were down a quart.
8.5 qts wont disappear without either a mess underneath the car, or a lot of black smoke all the time

Nothing showed on the dipstick, and all they drained was around half a quart. They checked for leaks, no black smoke I would of noticed. I don't know what to tell you, they checked the whole car front front to back and not a single problem. I'm still at the shop for the past 5 hours waiting for them to figure out wth is wrong. Right now they are checking plugs and they opened the engine up to see whats going on inside.( I'll reply with more info when they finish up)

Sorry to hear about your engine.
So, I guess our cars don't have oil pressure sensors, right? Maybe it's a good investment to install a gauge to monitor that from now on. Just out of curiousity, did you ever detect a change in engine performance or smoke coming out of your exhaust?
Speaking of engines, maybe you can shoehorn an AMG engine (like Ohlord did) and have a sleeper on your hands.

I started the car in the morning and i started to hear clicking noises from the engine for like 2 minutes, as soon as i popped the hood it stopped. No black smoke. I'll end up getting an extra oil gauge. I don't think AMG would be good on a V6 lol, unless i can magically fit a V8 in the w210 body.
FYI: the W210 does have some V8 variants, starting with the E430s (right?). The E55 is also a V8.

Yes that is true, but I have a 3.2L V6, and from the engine to the radiator there's an extra like 10 inches to fit. It could be possible to stick a v8 in there length wise but not sure about width(if its the same width then it's probable.

1. I choose to throw in 4 qts, and that would last me about 5k miles.(Not saying that you don't know, but the more you rev the more oil you use, I drive at speed limit all the time and I dont heavy foot it; light foot is the way to go, it would take me a block or two to reach 30 mph). I stay below 2200rpm at all times and thats on the highway.

Some people really shouldn't open their own hoods

I'm being serious, this is no bull****.. I go to the same mobile gas station every time, the guy drains the pan adds 4 qts and changes the filter. And idk if it sounds unreal to you, but I'm dead serious when i say this.. it would last at least 4k miles.

Here is my guess what happened.
1) The mechanic who changed your oil had no clue about your car.
2) He drained the oil to a large container so he did not know how much oil he drained. Another possibility is that your engine was so sludged up only 4 quarts of liquid oil was drained.
3) Most American and Japanese cars use 4 quarts of oil
4) That mechanic poured in 4 quarts.
5) Your car is low on oil. The computer should warn you or the sensor/circuit is bad. Or you simply did not notice.
6) The next time he changed your oil, he drained 4 quarts and poured in four quarts. The cycle repeats.
Now this is the result.
Seriously, read your owner's manual and you should realize there is a huge mistake made.

That is probably why your engine is damaged. As Hirnbeiss said, you engine needs 8 - 8.5 quarts of oil.

Me
still don't understand?????????????
4 qts of oil every 4k miles?
Nothing makes sense in this post.
FSS is 10k miles fleece filter
royal purple is not mb spec and that could be part of your problem
did you fix the engine?
why is any mechanic draining oil when it should be sucked, and why at 4k miles
run from them.
Something is missing from this story. Like engines don't just have oil disappear overnight without something major happening mand it seems like something was going on that you must have ignored or covered up with the frequent additions of oil.
The puzzle goes on.
