Need to replace upper radiator hose on E420

Red face Need to replace upper radiator hose on E420
Is there anything I need to do other than remove the old clamps, replace the hose and then replace the clamps?

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
Make sure
it is cold
and get a jug of zerex GO5 to refill what you lose out the disconnect.

Could be
a good time to flush the system if it has not been done in 2 years or so.

Thank you - now still have a leak - diy on lower radiator hose replacement?
does anyone have a diy on replacing the lower radiator hose?
