Interest in automatic sunshade for rear deck
Hello all,
I purchased a rear deck complete with automatic sunshade with the intention of doing this mod to my car. I'm feeling kind of lazy and don't want to hassle with the installation. So, I think I'm going to sell it. Anyone interested?
Here are the parts I have:
-rear deck (deck color is tan)
-sunshade with motor
-wood panel with sunshade switch
-I would prefer a buyer in Chicago for local pickup/drop-off
-I can also meet/drop-off in between Chicago and Wausau, WI since I will be traveling up there at the end of the month.

Just a comment about the installation. I asked my dealer sevice manager about this when I was close to buying a used Benz with no sunshade (which I really like). They said it was such a huge hassle job and therefore that talked me out of it. Good luck with the sale.

EdzBenz - I'm interested but have some questions. What year car is the setup from/for? You say tan - do you mean parchment or saddle? Parchment is a light tan and saddle is caramel in color. Do you have the wiring harness? Are the parts new or used? Do you have any photos? You can PM me with the answers if you want. I'm not in Chicago though. I am in SE Virginia.

Why do you not install this in your car? is not a big mistake, put a new relay with a fuse in the rear fusebox (near the battery) & conect them via swith (+15) to only work with switch.. my car has factory & i think is a great mod buddy
