And yes it could be an injector fouled.
If you replaced all that other stuff in an attempt to avoid a good shop and have not solved the issue don't you think it is time to find a good shop with the proper test equipment and diagnose the problem without guessing and throwing parts at it like you have been?
And everyone here knows how much that pains me to tell you" get it to a shop".
I have another set of injectors from another 124 I owned I will try those in a last ditch attempt to DIY before engaging the services of a MB Garage
