The options i´m considering are: Koni, Bilstein or H&R

Sounds like your looking for Koni adjustables. We sell them in 2 of our packaged suspension kits. Evosport Stage I and Evosport Stage II. Both kits come with H&R and Koni Adj dampeners, which we find to be a great combination of handling with the option to adjust the dampening on the shocks in order create the desired level of comfort. Our Stage II kit comes with sway bars equal in diameter to the E55, so if you already have a 55 you would not need this. Give me an email, I'd be happy to help you.

Well, from your reply,i´m seeing that there isn´t any fully adjustable suspension...like a coil-over for example right?

If you mean adjustable height, no. If you mean adjustable ride quality, yes.
