rear end question
have a 96 e320, wanted to do a rear end fluid change, my question is what fluid should I use (MB is not open on the weekends), can i get it a napa, baxters, etc... any addative needed? also anything special that I need to know when doing this, i.e. fluid level, stuff like that.. thanks guys!

I always use OEM fluids............if it hasn't been changed since 1996 what will another week of waiting matter? As far as level goes you just unscrew the fill plug(make sure the car is sitting level) and fill it with fluid to the bottom of the threads of the hole. If you overfill it it will spill out until it is at the proper level(bottom of threads) anyways........then reinstall plug.
