Ignition Coil Change

Hi there,

I have 98 E320 V6 .. I did a search on here to find when the ignition coils be change but found no answers. Is there a tune up interval for the ignition coils like there is for the plugs and wires?

I have had the benz for a year now and has given me no problems. I am planning to slowly stock up on items for tune up as I am planning to keep this vehicle long term. Spark plugs and wires are on my list but I am not sure if Ignition coils need to be changed too..

Any answers will be appreciated.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.

yOU DON'T NEED WIRES

They last forever if not abused.
Use the proper 17mm special boot removal tool.Change your spark plugs.
Do not change coils. tune up done
If you are at 100k miles you change your 4 o2 sensors
