1999 E320 Headlight Bulb Replacement

I have searched the site as well as others trying to get basic info regarding the replacement of a headlight bulb for a 1999 E320, but found nothing.

Does anyone have a recommendation as to which brand of bulb to purchase (H7 55W)? All other posts seemed not to be related to replacement of a standard bulb.

Any comments or recommendations as to quality of the replacement buld would be appreciated.

I picked up a GE H7/55 at WalMart for about $10. I've also seen the H7 by Phillips and Osram. All good. Some say replace in pairs but I did not and lighting was even. You can also check danielsternlighting.com for info in a 65W H7 which some on benzworld.org recommend.

I bought the GE H7/55W at Walmart @$8. Quick and easy and replacement.

I upgraded to the Osram Rallye 65w Ultra High Output H7 from Candlepower Inc., and also refinishing my headlight lenses. The difference is amazing.

M.Benz 1999 E320

Changed the bulb, but no light still

I just bought my 1999 E320 and the left.... I dunno what you call it to be honest, when you turn your lights on the first click turns on the inside lights... my left one is out, if i turn it again then the other 2 come on as well but the left inside light stays off. I've tried 2 different bulbs to no avail.
