1997 E420 - Vacuum hose

1997 E420 - Vacuum hose
Today I noticed that my 1997 E-420 has hole/crack in vacuum hose. Please see below photos.
Please can some one tell me what is the part number for it so I can get it from dealer.
Also is it ok to drive my car with crack/holes in my vacuum hose.
Please help me here.

NO, I did not have any issue or CEL etc, car run like champ. I love this car, it is my daily ride
Back in 2007 I took some photos of engine when I was changing the spark plug, I can see the hose very well.

if you can find air box from E50 AMG, it will be great, more difference air value....
