e320 W210 4matic 2001 4dr 78K
Changed the wires and plugs today
1) Order correct parts from autohausaz
2)
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" width="100"> 1121500019
</td> <td valign="top"> Spark Plug Wire Set; 12 Wire Set
</td> <td align="right" valign="top" width="70">$134.89
</td> <td align="right" valign="top" width="70">
</td></tr></tbody></table>
<table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td valign="top" width="100"> 7422
</td> <td valign="top"> Spark Plug; Platinum; Standard Electrode; OE Plug
</td> <td align="right" valign="top" width="70">$5.29
</td> <td align="right" valign="top" width="70">
</td></tr></tbody></table>3) remove the coils and it will make the job easier with a T27 Torx
4) put some anti seize on the threads and hand thread then torque tigten
5) will have to wiggle the old wires or you can use open end wrench or long screw driver to remove old wires.

Actually it's not recommended by BOSCH to put anti-seize compound on their spark plugs. The threads already have a coating for that purpose. Hopefully you won't have any issues removing them 100K from now.

Ouch i hope it wont be an issue. I guess i should have asked b4 i put it on. I do want to keep this car for another 200k. The old plugs were very clean and easy to remove. I was surprised how little fouling was on them. very slight carbon build up. Thanks again.

I wouldn't worry too much. They might be a little tight but if you torqued to 27Nm they should come out okay.
I did my plugs awhile back and they looked great too.

Water under the bridge
but you did not need new plug wires.
You don't use anti seize on plugs or lugs
change your transmission fluid.I hear it calling![rolf](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/rofl.gif)
