1997 E420 steering rack (sport)
Anyone have any experience with these steering racks from aftermarket suppliers, or does anybody have one of these that they're parting out? Alternatively if anyone has any good sources in the Seattle area for Mercedes parts, I'd love to hear about it.
The part # is 2104602500-88 and apparently it's only from 97-99' models.

You may have heard of it, but Auto Sport Imports in SeaTac (family owned small shop, very close to the airport) does supply OEM and certain aftermarket parts - mainly to VW/Porsche, but often times has resources for MB, too.
Not sure if they'd be able to source the particular part you are looking for, but they are great for things like bosche blades, plugs, h3 bulbs, OEM fluids, and the sort without having to use autohausaz.com or the dealer.
