Question Rear AC

I cant seem to guess how to enable the rear AC to blow. (the ones that are mounted on the center console, facing the rear). And yes, that scroller is set to "vents are open". AC does come out of the floor vents. Any ideas?

hey man...there are two separate plastic vent channels on each side along your center console/armrest that start from behind the radio all the way to the rear vents...the ducts along the center console may have come apart....if you remove the center/gear shift wood bezel and the ashtray (two screws) you will see the two rear air ducts on each side of the gear shift....just follow them and see if they are intact....good luck!

so if the front AC is blowing, the rear AC will blow as well? I just want to make sure there is no ON/OFF button, or some other settings need to be activated, before the air will go to the rear.

yes...air should flow all the way to the back vents....there is no "on/off switch" for rear vents - except for open/close at rear vents....

I know this is an old post, but I have slight issue in the center console. Not with the air, but the left duct #135 seems to be making contact with the center console covering creating a very annoying sticking noise. Were you able to access them after just removing the wood covering, or you completely took the console out?
