ABS Light

My ABS Warning light just came on. When the passenger seat is occupied, the light goes off and when it is empty, the light returns. What are my options? Is it a DIY problems or something the stealer needs to repair? Any direction would be appreciated.

ABS or SRS?

SRS you check the wires to the pass seat occupancy sensor and most likely bad.
Then you replace the occ seat sensor.

SRS

SRS, not ABS. My bad. Thank you for the direction. I'll start examining that area. Is replacing the sensor something that I can do or will I need a more qualified source to perform that repair?

Thank you again,
