The only thing I'm considering them is they are here next to me in Orange county. I dont have to send the ECU and back. Matt can just do it at the shop. Also, If I have any problem I can just go there. 30 days money back.

Oh ya they are in OC. Is this a "piggy back" chip or are they flashing the ECU??
I bought an early model Powerchip for my SVT Focus years ago. I didn't get what I was hoping for but maybe you'll have a different experience.
You have the 6 or 8 cyl motor?

Powerchip Inc has never sold an upgrade for an SVT Focus ever before, so I think you got a 'performance chip' from another company.

My apologies. It was a Superchip product I bought. Snapped right onto the ECU.
Question: The link to your site is not working right now, where in oc are you located? Also, once you flash the ECU can the changes be reversed back to stock if need be?

exhaust manifolds are extremely restrictive in our engines.. upgrade with Kleemann, AMS, renntech or supersprint.. put some hi flow primarys and an x pipe in the 2nd cats place (remove the secondarys) & remove resonator (only when you want more loud)
But exhaust has the most important modify in our cars

Modify the exhaust in this cars gave you more power that the chips. But not the muffler!
exhaust manifolds are extremely restrictive in our engines.. upgrade with Klemann, AMS, renntech or supersprint.. put some hi flow primarys and an x pipe in the 2nd cats place (remove the secondarys) & remove resonator (only when you want more loud)
But exhaust has the most important modify in our cars

I wouldn't recommend any kind of tune for you at this point. (kindaofawaste) That's always last on the checklist.
Look elsewhere if you want to squeeze more power.
Start with the exhaust exactly like Fabio explained

Armani i have a question (not ti hi-jack) but what do you feel when you put the sprint booster in your car? my 55 are a little abrupt aceleration in S mode when the car is cold, in W are confortable / normal, but some people tell the SB turns the E55's (W210) a little crazy when its cold! whats your opinion/feeling?

We are having a meet this saturday, for those of you who buy a sprint booster, a tune does more than just throttle response, you get actual horsepower. A Powerchip tune also gets more HP than an exhaust or intake alone and if you have exhaust or intake, a tune will optimize on top of your mods for more HP.
As stated earlier, yes it is reversible and we are in Costa Mesa, Ca.

Hope all is well. Eh not so much. Also now that Fall is here, it's getting colder in the mornings and evenings. I ALWAYS let her warm up for at least 5 min. before I drive her. But yes if the car is a bit cold it just jumps a little on you. Very touchy...
But I love it ! Best money spent no hesitation. You can notice the difference right away. Zero HP/TQ also don't buy the AMG version it's to touchy. Purchase the non/AMG

POWERCHIP has dino numbers to our cars?? and waranty more HP/TQ than a headers set installation?? If the response is "YES" i'm very interested to buy a POWERCHIP to my car.. Power varies depending on model, a 4-10% increase in power can be expected. Throttle response is greatly improved and gas mileage is unaffected and sometimes increased. For those of you out of state, we have ecu removal instructions for you to send us your cars computer and overnight it back to you.
The tune is undetectable as it uses your stock computer with no additional components added.
