Can anyone give me some advice on installing a changer in my 99 E320. Where is the fiber optic cable? What kind of bracket do need and where do I buy it? Any hlep would be appreciated.

Your Benz should be prewired for a CD changer, you will find the fiber optic cable underneath the rear trunk panel on the left side where the pocket is. Your changer will mount in there in the pocket. You can usually find changers and bracket with sleeves on ebay.
