I remember someone recently (a few months ago...) posted their suspension specs and setup - I can't find it now though.

I want to know a good setup for my toe, camber and castor and the benefits/disadvantages of the setup that has been recommended.

When I put on new tyres the guy did an alignment but my toe is zero when I think it should be a couple of mms?

Anyway please point me to that old thread or let me know your setup.
