1997 E420 water pressure build up
Hey guys so I just acquired a w210 E420. After purchasing the car I noticed that it was leaking coolant from the heater core pipes in the back of the engine near the firewall. So only place that had it was the dealer, replaced it drove it around and noticed it was still leaking water. I noticed that the water pump, fan clutch, and radiator was all replaced. So i checked the thermostat and new as well. What happens when you drive the car especially in higher RPM's the engine builds up pressure and then releases it through the water reservoir pipe. The engine runs completely fine, there is no over heating issues, and it passed smog with flying colours. I'm thinking it's the head gasket, ahs anyone else run into the same issue. Please let me know. Also seems that there is a bubbling noise coming from the middle of the dash when i turn on the heater. And when turning off the car you can hear as if the water is boiling. But engine runs fine and temp doesn't go past 80 degrees. I need some help guys.
