Will I have problems mounting these rims?

Hey everyone, first time poster on this forum. I frequent VWVortex (The Car Lounge) if anyone is familiar with that site. Anyways, I recently aquired a 1996 E320 and am looking to do a few minor modifications, mainly the wheels. This is the one area of the car where I have the least knowledge. Ive simply never bought new tires/rims outside of stock on any of my previous cars. I was hoping a few of you could enlighten me. Specifically, I found this set on Craigslist and was wondering if they would bolt up to my e320? If not, what problems will I run into in mounting them. Or is there a more recommended size I should stick to.

For those who can't view cragislist, here are the sizes:
Pirelli snow tires and wheels - mounted & balanced
2 - 225/40 R18 W240 Snow Sport XL
2 - 225/45 R18 W240 Snow Sport XL
4 - 18 X 8 Sport Edition ST3 Bright Silver Wheels
6000 mile use, 10/32" tread depth

Thanks for all the help!

Need to know the offset of the wheel usually a number followed by ET. 35 ET is pretty much a guaranteed fit on 16,17 and 18 inch wheels with the fronts not larger than 8.5 by 18 and rears 9.5 x 18. 245 40 18 is max for the front with out major rub issues and even then you should look into having the fender lips radiused or rolled. That is not difficult to do or have done.

I emailed the sellar for the ET. I'll post back if he responds. This is good info. Thanks a lot.

300E a couple 1994 w124wagon E320 Wagon/,1971MGB Track/Rally, MG Midget Autocross ,2000 E320 wagon.
A rim that fits and audi has a center bore of 57

a mercedes rim has a bore of 66.56 even though they both have the same 5by112 bolt pattern it won't fit. or if universal get a guarantee of your money back if they don't.
You most likely will need custom lugs so figure in that cost.
they have staggered profile tires on non staggered rims so either the fronts or the rears are going to be rotating 30 times fewer per mile. Not good for abs cruise control or looks

take a pass you can get brand new rims for under 6bills that will work.

235/45/17 on a 8 inch rim with a 35et will serve you fine and perform nicely with no issues
