Anyone have a similiar issue?
New to forum, glad to be here. Bought a 2000 E430 recently, almost 100k on the dial, one owner, he is in his 70's now. Took it to indy M-B mechanic, ran diagnostics came back good. Had crankshaft position sensor replaced, had problems with car cranking. Battery replaced in March 2010 per dealership maintenance record.
Here is the deal- car seems fuel starved on start, extended cranking time.
I have looked through the forum before and enjoyed reading it.
Thanks,
Robb

Im new to this forum too, my first post!! great DIY information here for my W210 !!I had a similar problem with extended cranking time to start, however replacing fuel pumps did not completely get rid of the issue. i had to change the fuel pressure regulator(which was cheaper than the pump assembly) to solve this issue..
cheers
