e320 2002 rear diff. drain& filler ....
Does anyone know the size and type of wrench needed for the rear differential drain and filler plug and where are they located on the differential..

14mm hex. Retorque to 50Nm.
Once you get under the car you can see them. Always be sure you can break the fill plug free BEFORE draining the differential.
The exact spec is Hypoid Gear Oil 85W-90. Hard to find except at the dealer. A good choice is Mobil 1 Synthetic 75W-90 available in most auto parts stores.
