97 e320 tranny question

97 e320 tranny question
hi all.

when the car gets to about 35mph and the trans. goes into lockup a bad vibration is felt in the car. the interior mirror vibrates. worse when it is cold and slightly noticeable at higher speeds.

is there any adjustments on this or is the torque convertor bad. the car has only done 64k.

i have changed oil and filter plus the trans mount and flex disc

is the tranny going to "go" bad?
