How webasto work on e200cdi facelift 2000,how is turning ON and OFF??? and what temperature conditions are needed to work???

Ummm what do you mean with Webasto?! Webasto supllied the optional sunroof and parking heater for the W210.

If you're talking about the pre-heater all CDI's are equipped with (the switch right from the ashtray) it kicks in when the coolant is below 70 degrees centigrade and the outside temp is below 15 degrees centigrade...
