hi guys i am having trouble locating a gear selector for my w210..
can anyone help ? also is there anything i should be careful of when purchasing this part.. preferably not main dealer (budget)

This may be a bit of a distance for you being in Ireland but a favorite place in the USA is Potomac German Auto Parts either in Maryland or in Florida. They have two locations. They have good used parts and back them with a warranty if they do not work. I would check your local salvage yards in Ireland and the UK for a good used part. In the USA it would go for less than $300.
