will these wheels fit on my e320?
The offset will be to much if you take an S-Class wheel and try to put it on an E-Class. Go to tirerack.com and check out the different fits and look at the offset number. That is where the hub lines up inside the wheel. If that number is too large or too small you may have problems. E and C Class wheels are about 35 where S Classes have an offset of 50.

It will calculate the differences of inside and outside clearances if you change the offset from stock. For instance, my '99 E320 came with 16X7.5 wheels with a 41mm offset.
If you go with an 8 inch wheel with a 35mm (which is typically the recommended offset for E-Class). Then you will notice that the inside clearance does not change, and the outside of the wheel will protrude 13mm closer to the fender lip. This is what gives aftermarket wheels a different look.
The offset calculator should only be used as guide. Recommended offsets are known values that will work all of the time without fender modfications.
