97 e420 codes p0170 p0173
last week it was running great after getting rid of plugged cats ... it is still running good but today the check eng light came on and stayed on hooked up the scan tool and got p0170 and p0173 ....fuel trim malfunction bank 1 and bank 2.... i guess i should check to make sure vac hoses are connected right...... right????or?????

the codes. Gas up. Drive the car and see if they come back.
Could be that the mass air sensor needs time to readapt the ecu in range now that the exhaust is flowing properly.
Could take a few cycles.
Also inspect for unmetered air leaks
if it keeps coming back you know what you need
