HI MY E280'S CENTRAL LOCKING AND HEADREST RELEASE SUDDENLY STOPPED WORKING . CHECKED FUSES , IT SEEMS TO BE OK. CANNOT OPEN FUEL TANK. HAS ANY BODY HAVE A WIRING DIAGRAM.

i dont have a wiring diagram, but what strikes me is that the common thread is
the PSE pump. all three circuits you've identified share in the fact that the
pneumatic system is used to operate door locks, fuel cap door, and rear head-
rest release.
- dont limit your view of the fuses into concluding that they 'look okay'.
you must verified electrical continuity go/no-go. use D/volt ohm meter.
- check the PSE pump and determine if it is working for all PSE pump outlets,
such as the truck lock, if you have front seat air chambers,
- locate fuse for pump and verify continuity
- check the rear seat well (where the PSE pump resides) to see if water had
entered and affected the PSE pump, AS WELL AS the rear seat fuse cluster.
check carefully for signs of moisture under the PSE foam surround, the car
battery (lowest point), etc
