there are DIY's for this.
Runs under 100 bucks for fluid filter gasket and updated connector.

Also

diy on w210 forum www.benzworld.org in the diy section
valvoline maxlife is 722.6 spec and 5 bucks a qt at walmart
filter and gasket at www.autohausaz.com
connector there also.
Work clean,work safe.
