1999 E430 with coolant leak

My 99 E430 has been leaking coolant (mostly water) for the past month or so. A small puddle forms after the car has been parked and cools down. The leak is from the radiator. I am not in a position right now to spend the money on a new radiator. Any quick fixes? Some have recommended stop leak but im worried it will cause more damage then good. The leak is not that bad it has never triggered a low coolant warning. I top off the coolant with water a couple times a week.

If you can find the leak, I would give some JB Weld a try to plug it externally. That stuff is amazing. I wouldn't put anything in the system, even Perm O Seal.
