E320 1997 Stalling and Rough idle only when cold

Hi,
Got a used E320 1997 with the inline 6 engine the car has only 85,000km on the clock. Drove it for 2 days without any problem, 3rd day starting the car in the morning it cranked but didnt start. Rotated the ignition, it started and Idled roughly for 10 seconds and then died. Started again stayed on for 30 seconds with too much roughness and hesitation, RPM fluctuates between a 1100 RM to 500 and sometimes little below. I press the gas really hard when it is rough but the engine is not responsive at that situation. after a few minutes it works just well, without any hesitation, it drives and never stalls. Until i park the car for like 15-30 minutes, restart the engine and again it will not start from the first instance and will be rough for sometime. Then will be okay.
My best friend has a workshop, we scanned the OBD and we got P0130, oxygen sensor voltage too low. The car has only one of that. Looked for it at the dealer and it is not available, would take 10 days to come in. In addition to that, a faulty oxygen sensor may give rough idling or hesitation but not like what the car is acting. And definately will not let the engine stall.
Luckily i have a friend who owns MB spare parts shop who helped me take chances to isolate the problem. We suspected and replaced the following as try and error:
-Fuel Filter
-Fuel Pressure Regulator
-Spark Plugs
-Fuel Pump
-Crank Sensor
-Cam Sensor
-Cleaned throttle body
With all that problem never solved. One technician told me it may be a catalyst problem, we disconnected the whole exhaust pipe from the manifold and started the car. Same problem, so it is not related to the catalyst.
Can any one assist me please to the right direction? I am suspecting something related to vacuum or throttle body. Or shall i proceed and order the O2 sensor? There are no check engine lights in the cluster.
Thanks

While reading this, I was thinking the catalytic converter because I had a similar problem.
