sealing wax
My local MB dealer has not heard of the tsb to use cavity wax around the door seals. I was thinking of doing this myself. DO i have to find the exact wax, or can i use silicone grease or something?
ANy instructions out the on removing door seals? I've looked and come up empty-handed.

Do a search on the sticky at the top of the forum. it's best to use the MB sealer/wax the dealer must not want to be bothered with helping you as it's a known problem on the W210s try another dealer or ask a dealer tech to help you as they will know what the TSB it is
