MB did away with written manuals prior to the W210. Before that they were some published by Bentley Publishing. A couple of years ago MB stopped producing the MB W210 Classic Service Manual DVD. If you can find one of those that would be your best bet.
The are sites like alldatadiy which aren't too expensive but aren't always accurate. The CD's on ebay generally get bad reviews for accuracy and completeness.
If you are only interested in routine maintenance and minor DIY repairs, just ask here. If no one knows the answer, you can try the DIY postings on benzworld and peachparts.
